Kyanite

Kyanite is a typically blue silicate mineral discovered during the nineteenth century. Recognizable by its vibrant blue or blue-green hues, Kyanite is a highly prized gem. Like Citrine, Kyanite is one of the two minerals on the planet that neither accumulates nor retains negative energy, and therefore never needs cleansing. Early travelers sometimes used it as a compass when exploring unknown territories. It is excellent for meditation as it helps open psychic ability.
