É Z E 

ÉZE is named after one of my favorite places in the South of France, a small medieval artists’ village perched high above the Mediterranean. I’ve always been drawn to Èze because it somehow feels both incredibly sophisticated and completely raw. The stone buildings, uneven cobblestone streets and rugged mountainside have been there for centuries, yet there is so much beauty and artistry in every detail. You can almost feel the quiet history whispering through its medieval streets.

That contrast became the inspiration for this ring.

A radiant-cut diamond is clean, modern and precise, so I wanted to set it within something that felt almost like its opposite—organic, substantial and imperfect. The contrast between the diamond and its rugged setting doesn’t compete; it actually accentuates the beauty in each.

I think there’s something romantic about that, because love isn’t always perfect either. Sometimes its beauty is found in the imperfections—in two different people growing alongside one another, and in the ways those differences can bring out something more beautiful in each other.

I also love the reminder that beautiful things take time. A diamond is formed slowly, under immense pressure, just as the character of an old village is created over centuries and a meaningful relationship is built through years of choosing, growing and experiencing life together.

ÉZE was designed to carry that feeling: the beauty of contrast, the romance of imperfection, and the idea that some of the most precious things become more beautiful with time.
